1. 重点院校景观或风景园林相关专业研究生以上学历，12年以上工作经验，有国际设计公司经验优先，必须英文听说写流利； 2. 带领10人团队进行整个项目运作，制定项目计划及时间分配表，合理优化组内人员工作分配，监督把控项目全阶段的推进； 3. 根据客户需求，领导团队地进行创意设计，包括对设计项目进行市场定位，营销主题，风格定位, 系统化勾勒, 把控整体项目的平面及效果呈现； 4. 组织协调和监督中高级设计师的工作任务，总监需总体负责团队所有项目的方案提案到施工图设计和现场施工质量； 5. 主创和主持过多种类型项目，有丰富的经验积累； 6. 工作极具领导力，积极主动，责任心强，和高效率。 1. Master degree or above in landscape architecture or landscape architecture related major from key university, more than 12 years working experience, experience in international design company is preferred, must be fluent in English listening, speaking and writing;2. Led a 10-member team to carry out the entire project operation, formulated the project plan and time allocation table, rationally optimized the work allocation of the team members, and supervised and controlled the progress of the whole stage of the project;3. Led the team to carry out creative design according to customer needs, including market positioning, marketing theme, style positioning, systematic outline of the design project, and controlled the plane and effect presentation of the overall project; 4. Organize, coordinate and supervise the work tasks of middle and senior designers, and the director shall be responsible for all project proposal of the team, construction drawing design and site construction quality;5. Created and presided over a variety of projects, has rich experience;6. Strong leadership, initiative, strong sense of responsibility and high efficiency.
