Position: Architect

1. Location: Shanghai or Project Site

2. Department: Engineering Department

3. Report to:  Department Manager

4. Requirements:

4.1　　 Bachelor degree in Architecture;

4.2　　 Above 8 years of experience for chemical / industrial / commercial field design;

4.3　　 Knowledge of Chinese　Building　design code;

4.4　　 Good communication at English　is　preferred;

4.5　　 Good AutoCAD/Tianzheng　skills

4.6　　 Highly independent and proactive mentality;

4.7　　 Positive attitude and interpersonal skill;

4.8　　 Registered architect engineer license is preferable.

4.9　　　Energy　saving　calculation　in　PKPM　is　preferred

5.0　　　Clean　room　design　experience　is　preferred

5. Responsibilities (but not limited to):

5.1　　 To preparation of concept, basic　and　detail　engineering　design packages;

5.2　　 To monitor, optimize and supervision of detail engineering package prepared by Chinese Design Institutes;

5.3　　 To support of procurement activities;

5.4　　 Field engineering support;

5.5　　 To support of cost estimate for total investment.
