Job Description：

1.Formulating the medium and long-term development strategy and business objectives of the real estate sector.

2.According to the development strategy of enterprises, formulate the management plan for all stages of the enterprise.

3.Maintain communication with the board of directors and ensure the smooth implementation of various business plans.

4.According to the responsibilities of vice presidents, arrange various business plans to ensure annual business objectives.

5.Responsible for investment management, project management, real estate marketing management, business operation management decisions;

6.Take charge of the general manager's office meeting, listens to the vice presidents'reports, supervises the implementation of the enterprise's business plan and the implementation results of the financial revenue and expenditure plan;

7.Responsible for mergers and stock market investment;

8.Attend important pr activities, establish and maintain good relations with media organizations and key customers;

9.Participate in important meetings such as merger and acquisition, stock investment, land tendering, engineering, operation, investment and so on;10.Participate in major activities such as project start-up, completion and delivery, and opening of shopping malls;　　11.Organizing and building group brand;

12.Responsible for the appointment, training and assessment of top management positions.

Qualification：

1、Master degree or above, major in EMBA, MBA, business administration or civil engineering is preferred.

2、More than 15 years of well-known real estate project management experience, management of more than 2 million square meters of development and construction, familiar with the real estate business,management model and real estate management concept, has a strong ability to organize coordination and expression. Strong ability of comprehensive analysis and team management, good at developing and innovating in work;

3、Familiar with real estate development, design, engineering and other management operation process, strong overall planning ability.

4、Comprehensive knowledge structure of real estate development business, in-depth understanding and experience of real estate development and project management, familiar with real estate policies and laws and regulations;

5、Steady work attitude, keen business sense, excellent past performance, strong sense of enterprise, excellent communication skills, leadership, analysis and judgment, decision-making ability, strong execution and practical ability, high efficiency;

6、Proficiency in English.
